The Molding Process:

1.  The whole process starts with an autocad design and a vacuum mold.

2.  Each part is first prepped and then recieves a UV clear coat that is sprayed onto the mold.

3.  Then the process starts with the carbon fiber fabric or fiberglass being layed into the mold.  Depending on the part it may be  injected with resins or hand rolled.

4.  Each part sits in the mold for aproximately 10 hour to dry so the contours are copletely formed before it's removed.

5.  After we pull each part out of the mold, we thouroughly inspect each peice to see if it is worthy or destined to be thrown away. Anything under 100% is not taken lightly around here.

6.  Finally each piece is reprepped and any holes are sanded down to precise specifications.

7.  Each of the pieces are measured for a hand cut shipping box to be made in house out of 3 ply cardboard.  They are packaged in bubble wrap and foam then reinspected one last time before shipment.
